On 24 October 2018, the Federal Council launched the consultations on the Financial Services Ordinance (FinSO<\/a>), the Financial Institutions Ordinance (FinIO<\/a>) and the Supervisory Organisation Ordinance (SOO<\/a>). The consultation period expired on 6 February 2019. The consultation process is currently being evaluated. The results will then be presented to the Parliament\u2019s Commissions for Economic Affairs and Taxes. The final ordinances are expected in the 4th quarter of this year. The ordinances will enter into force together with FinSA&FinIA on 1 January 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
